Tasting Notes

Appearance | Clear, light yellow.
Aroma | It offers a rich and intense bouquet, where elegant notes of stone fruits such as peach and ripe apricot stand out. These are harmoniously wrapped in very gentle oak nuances, adding subtlety and complexity that create a welcoming and distinctive profile.
Taste | On the palate, it reveals a wine of great volume and freshness, with an enveloping texture and well-defined structure. The vibrant acidity, characteristic of the Dão, gives it energy and elegance, leading to a long, fresh and persistent finish marked by a remarkable balance between intensity and finesse.
